I've been going here for almost a year now. I came in with shoulder and neck pain that I had been having for around two years. I had trouble with sleeping and some tasks. Now I don't have any pain and I sleep throughout the night. Everyone here is so friendly and made me feel comfortable which is a really big deal for me. If I have any concerns or issues I can easily bring them up and Dr. Castelli is informative and will do whatever he can to help you. I'm glad I listened to this recommendation and I 1000% recommend this place!

I started coming to Dr. Castelli's office in spring after visiting a neurologist. Dr. C has a great balance between being personable and a great planner. I always felt like there was a plan and he kept up with my progress. With my busy schedule I find time to visit as recommended. My pain is more manageable and I have a better understanding of what I can do as a patient to increase my "pain free days." Massage and adjustments have helped me make it through challenging weeks as a med student. Also, his office is comfortable and I am always greeted with a warm welcome. I would recommend his office to anyone challenged with lower back or hip pain.

Love everyone here at this office. Dr. Castelli and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. When we moved to Jacksonville last year I was worried about finding a quality chiropractor but my worries quickly dissipated when I found Castelli Chiropractic. Highly recommended!
